The understated 2016 Dark Horse Indian Chief Motorcycle is black from end to end, including the wheels, forks, handlebars, engine, bodywork – even the warbonnet up front. Powered by a powerful Thunder Stroke® 111 engine finished primarily in black which serves up 119 ft-lbs of torque  and comes to life with keyless starting, announcing your presence with a powerful roar.

The Indian Chief Dark Horse key fob, a small hardware token with built-in authentication mechanisms,  allows you to start the bike by climbing on it and  pushing the fob button. If you misplace the fob, you can use the individual security code that you programmed into the ignition. The fuel tank features a distinctive monochrome warbonnet graphics but despite the dark low-key paint the Dark Horse shines.
