The Ducati Hypermotard is a supermotard motorcycle designed by Pierre Terblanche. It first at the 2005 EICMA trade show in Milan and was awarded “Best of Show” and has since won other show awards.
Supermoto motorcycles were developed for a circuit that alternates between: flat track, motocross and road racing,. The Supermoto races were originally conceived as an all-star game, in which the best riders from the three genres of motorcycle racing would come together to compete.
Offered in two versions, Base and SP, the 2013 Hypermotard is powered by the brand-new 821cc Testastretta V-Twin. At 110 hp at 9250 rpm the Testastretta offers extreme versatility. Equipped with, three power maps, traction control, brakes with Bosch ABS and a valve-adjustment interval set at 18,600 miles. This Testastretta delivers agility and unforgettable thrills.
