Miss Moneypenny Copper NYC Custom 2015 Triumph Bonneville Motorcycle
Ducati Triumph NYC wanted to create something that would make a splash, they succeeded!
Named “Miss Moneypenny” due to its distinctive copper look, Marcos “Spaniard” Martinez and Ducati Triumph NYC turned a standard 2015 Triumph Bonneville into a marvel of design and ingenuity.
They goal was to create something that would really make a splash in not only in NYC but in the motorcycle world. One look at “Miss Moneypenny” is all it took, to confirm that they achieved their goal.
Standard OEM parts; fenders, fuel tank, skid plate, and headlight bucket, were removed, stripped and plated in a shiny coating of copper.
Marcos, didn’t just limit himself to the cosmetic changes, it’s the perfect city ride thanks to its modified suspension, adjustable springs up front and piggyback shocks in the rear, Pirelli Phantom tires, and a comfortable bespoke leather seat.
The Recipe:
- 2015 Triumph Bonneville Standard
- BC reverse megaphone pipes, headlight bracket, shorty turn signals, relocation kit
- Canyon Racing wide wheels with copper spokes
- Copper plated fuel tank, headlight bucket, fenders, skid plate
- Low tracker bars
- CRG bar end mirrors
- Galfer wave rotors
- Custom seat
- Progressive front springs & rear shocks
The headlight bucket was plated in a shinny copper finish, the lens was yellowed and a stone guard installed. Below the headlight sits a custom leather tool bag and to the right you find the relocated ignition switch.
Canyon Racing copper-spoke wheel kit with Pirelli Phantom tires sit below the copper plated fender. British Customs, reverse cone mufflers finish of the wrapped exhaust headers.
Other cosmetic modifications include, CRG bar end mirrors, shorty turn signals, fork gaiters. galfer wave rotors and low tracker bars.
British Customs seat pan was used for the custom leather seat.
